Why The Big Down On Benzodiazepines ? Yes I Know That Some Have Problems Coming Off Them,and Some Do Not.

I never questioned it til now. Looking back I think it probably did me some good, as it was prescribed for anxiety and for its pain killing properties. (I suffer chronic pain and it was a source of stress) I don't see how it hurt me. So, I don't question my docs reasoning to have prescribed it.

Neither did I,after 2-3 years on Valium. No doubt some do, but I have to question whether they were properly prescribed, or not ?

I don't pretend I know alot about them. But, I did take them for a long while. Valium in particular. When I stopped taking them I had no problems. At least none that I was aware.
