Hi Thommy, I am 70 and single and it isn't easy but I have managed to make a pretty good life for myself and I really do understand how hard it can be to talk about your journey with depression to your family and friends and it is isn't easy at all. I have found that being upfront about my depression with family and friends has been helpful in that I am getting support from them that I never thought I would get and it does make a difference.
