I love a nice cool shower and I put a face mask in the fridge for when I get out of nice cool shower then put on a nice cool face mask and keep face and body creams in the fridge it helps cool you down while pampering yourself as well it's a nice pick me up, and keep your favourite juice in fridge so it's nice and cold for during the day, and also I keep lots of wet cloths in the fridge it really helps as well I put a nice cold cloth on my head while watching my favourite film or try a neck fan.

One of the worst things to do and of the thing people dealing with depression do and that's do not sit at home by yourself thinking because we all know where that can goes and has gone. Get out and walk, visit friends, family, go to Walmart and walk around but don't carry allot of money and don't buy things you don't need because that could trigger your depression later especially if you spend too much. Go to a park just don't sit idle watching TV. God Loves you and we all Love you and I'm speaking to myself with this too because I live with and deal with MDD and I seem to be depressed a part of each day. Listen to KLOVE or Air-1 because as for me those stations are my life support.πŸ™‚

I go to my local rec center and take water aerobics in the pool. I get out of the house and socialize with friends I have made.
