When Anxiety Gets Bad, Do You Ever Feel More Paranoid , Like You're Being Watch Or Other People In The Room, When You're Alone. Is This Bpd
No sorry I just get very shaky, jittery and can’t be still, also I get itchy and at least I don’t break out in red spots rom head to toe like I did st 3 years old when all of my nerve problems started. My parents had divorced, I am the baby of five and was a Daddy’s girl so it ended up that my Mom couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me and had to take to the doctor and he told her that it was my nerves and he had never seen anything like it in a three or so bad in anyone.
The first time I started talking to a therapist wasn’t until I was in my 40’s and now my son and his wife are divorcing and there 4 year old is talking to a therapist which is sad but I am happy her doctor recognized that she had anxiety and sent her early so maybe her life will be easier.
Hugs and I hope you tell your psychiatrist, therapist or whoever you see about your feelings because that is a question that they ask me about and is also on the paperwork I have to fill out
Yes I do. I find that I'm way more paranoid when my anxiety is high. I'm paranoid all the time to some degree but when anxious its way worse. I'm not too sure why that happens. I have to be on anti anxiety meds and a prn of zyprexa along with my zyprexa relprevv injection every two weeks.
