Not telling

I'm 28 years old and I have been diagnosed with pcos since I was 18. I've had maybe ten periods since I was 12 all together. I never had pms too bad just extreme anxiety before. I've had a period each month for the past three months and so I'm expecting it to become regular, however I could be wrong. My PMs causes me to become so overly emotional, I know a lot of women get like this but I feel maybe I'm worse? I get so fed up with everyone and I cry and scream just don't want to deal! Hi @For Women Only!
You just described most of the symptoms I went through when I had a menstrual cycle. I am normally quite anxious as it is though not nearly as much as I used to be thanks to an intensive group therapy and the right nurse practitioner for me. Except for the day before a cycle began I felt horrible. The day before I would have lots of energy and feel good about myself. I do believe that my anxiety contributed to the PMS. I would cry and be so despondent except for that day before. Be gentle with yourself love when it comes time to have a cycle and write, write, write. Then add in what is going on physically and make some positive notes about yourself even if you don''t quite believe the positive. Hopefully you will be able to acknowledge the positive and accept and make it part of your new mantra. Best of luck! Contact me anytime and we can post.

I've never had pcos - mines the opposite...very bad.monthlys and extreme PMS. Coupled with bipolar it usually sets off a bit of a swing.

From my research I've learned that the body's chemistry of a woman changes just before u come on. It's in readyment for the tearing away of the lining of the womb. This is what causes PMS. It's an actual imbalance of your chemicals.

There are months when mines not so bad and others when I want to actually kill someone, I get overly aggressive and that's usually followed by tons of tears for no reason. There are pills to help with this but I stick to natural - cannibis all the way. It's my answer to world tension and boy it works like a bomb. The tears still come but the bouts of rage and alot of the pain are then manageable.

If you thinking of it and are on other meds discuss it with your doc first. U gotta watch thou if u manic depressive as it can make it worse so a proper cannibis dispenser is the only way to go.

Good luck and thinking of u
