Have Questions About Bi-polar With Low-energy.

A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

I just have some specific questions and trying to understand. If you have experience, please respond.
Can you have very low energy and bi-polar at the same time?
Can you have profound interior experiences that you believe with all your soul, but even though it was transformative at the time, was it just a kind of mania even though brief? How to discern between genuine supernatural and mental issue?

I feel a low energy can come for self, meds, diagnosis, mindset, age. So I'd guess low energy from having bipolar or brain health issue is quite likely to me.

My thinking that if a scientist, they are atheist in their belief, might will/need to an experience knowing/feeling a real miracle.. And vise-versa. Then each can see/know their is existence in ways not yet seen by them.

Its my belief, it's really what you believe and how deep you touch your soul with your miracle/higher power. That is personal.

Other part of your question, I am a woman who experienced several miracles within my Christian faith while I deal with bipolar and other brain illnesses. I hope that expresses You mostly certain in your soul experience. I and in my thinking ashiest believers are missing out if not know real miracles.

Personally, I don't think there is a difference, Faustina. It's the cultural context that determines the label.

What may be a miracle to a religious person is an unexplained phenomenon to a scientist, but they're describing the same event.

What may be a spiritual experience to a religious person may be a delusion to a psychiatrist, but it's the same event. 💝

Thank you Tiffany.
Thankfully I have a Savior who forgives my doubts and infidelity to His Will.

I had to read your reply a few times, but I finally understand what you are saying, thanks!
Yes, atheists miss out on a lot. Also, believing is a real adventure, not for the faint of heart.

I have low energy with bipolar disorder. When I become manic the most I will do is clean because its safe. Plus if I had the money I would drive down to my old town and see some of my friends but I dont so I stay put. I've thought about it a lot lately. Just to get away. In my opinion you can do all things through Jesus Christ but if you have a higher power maybe they can give give you strength to do anything. Usually if I dont know what I'm doing I size it up research and act accordingly. Gotta be like Tinkerbell and believe anything is possible. If it is a fact or miracle. You still did it..
