Have You Ever Been Told That You Don't Need Any (no) Help, That You Have To Deal With It On Your Own?
I've been told this all the time b4 Therapy & after I received Help (Therapy), especially from Family & so called friends. I was hesitant in going into Therapy (Psychiatry) when I first started cause of what Family was saying & ppl telling other Family members (Parents) that I was going. Work on yourself using whatever you need. Therapy and medication helps me. People are going to be people. You do what you need to do for help. π

I have heard a number of people being told this. I think it might be a thing at mental health centers now, trying to serve the ones who are more ill, due to limited funds. Stupid, but I think they are under a lot of pressure too .

Primary care doctor I have talked to her she's in another town and well my story is long and all I am trying to do is get help and understand what helps me idk who I am anymore who to believe wen the people that ur suppose to believe in turn on you or don't believe you
