When I was on medication and did counseling at the same time. That worked the best.

@A MyDepressionTeam Member Hi. Are you recently diagnosed? I was diagnosed Bipolar 32 years ago. Have been on a myriad of drugs over the years. Just remember the 2 poles. Depression and Manic. You must get medicine for both conditions. It's a challenge!! Good luck!!
