Does Anyone Else Get Paranoid About Their Meds?

A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭
Libby, MT

I get really paranoid at times thinking that it's part of mind control and I worry that my meds have over taken my mind and body. I stopped my meds twice recently and both times ended up in the hospital so I feel stuck.

The meds usually take 2-3 weeks to have an effect on your system. Sometimes a person will go through 2, 3 or 4 meds until the right one is found. Hopefully your Doctor is following this procedure. Be patient my friend; you will get there just as I and many others have. 😁

JenniferLynnChubb. I'm sorry you go through that too. Not alot of people understand that feeling and how miserable it is to feel that way.

Yes I do. Sometimes I get paranoid that my meds aren't working like they should be.
