Sometimes it seems there is no fix,but therapy,friends, family,activities or hobbies ,this site help as to listen and support each other. I feel like my meds don't work as well as they should, I think I have treatment resistant depression. I wish I had a great answer for you,we just have to keep trying to get better, because there is no other choice. I'm here for support and others will be here too,I wish you the best!

Sometimes we can be on too much medicine 🤔

You may need a different medication. Talk to your doctor. I've had to change my meds so many times its not even funny.
