Not telling

I really like journaling. I lost a lot of motivation last year and early this year but I finally got it back. This is my second journal in the last three months.its a moleskin large cashier's.
If you journal what kind do you use?

I do a lot of journaling. It's helps me to cope with everyday's stressors.

I use whatever paper I can get my hands on because I shred my entries immediately after writing them.

@A MyDepressionTeam Member that sounds so cool. I had a bad habit of buying journals and using them for a short time or not using them at all. So I'm glad I've gotten back into it.
