In regards to Depression, we all have good days and bad days! When having a good day, do you find that you are so hyped up with energy that you find it hard to sleep? With this additional energy, you will feel hyped up for a bit and maybe the next day, you are too tired to do anything! What are your viewpoints on this?

Take it right down. No large crowds, no loud music or hectic TV programmes. I need to get my mind to stop cycling n must create an environment of peace. Light candles, have a big bath, put some soft music on if that's wat u like, get into bed n read or write. Hope it helps

For bipolars who r struggling with manic swings lots of people n noise just make their swing worse as the body gets more hyped so u need to take yourself home or your safe place, take off the mask n let the peace seep in. Your mind gradually adjusts to the quiet n I find that I literally start feeling bete. Light meditation is also very helpful. Good luck to u
